Thursday Blog 365 #41 I'll Have A Large . . .

It's  a great day.  It is . . . 

Wish it was yesterday cuz it is the day we can get a large for 9.00!

Perfect for a picnic . . . 

We always order Pepperoni.   It's just easy.  And we'll it’s  what He likes.  

The dogs are happy with any kind.  On none at all they just like getting out.

Tuesday Blog 365 #39 My Ta Da Moments

 

Welcome to my TaDa Moments! Starting with I have the front door open!  And I even put a couple plants on the porch!   

That's a 

TaDa 

Moment 

Yesterday I completed a few Valentine's cards kind of things.  They really aren't cards exactly 

They are little layered  pockets I made,decorated and stuffed with Valentine's themed project Life journaling cards.

They are all different.  The one with the corner bottom was the corner of a Christmas card I repurposed.  It was pretty and the gold swirl fit on this project. 

I had a package of swirls and flowers that were white and gold with glitter.  They were really meant for Wedding theme projects but I think they fit here and added Glitz and Sparkle. 

I bought several packages of different Hearts at Dollar Tree.  The glittery ones also added sparkle

I recycled pieces from other projects.  The green was a bag topper someone else made I received in a SWAP the colors fit either the P. L. XO card and gave me a chance to add some Butterflies. 

This was a fun project.  It truly was a Ta Da Moment because when I started it a few days ago my mind was distracted and I had no idea where to begin.  

Even though my days are super busy playing with paper and glue or crocheting or writing Scripture just settles me and my akes me Happy. 

In this season I have had to find new interests and that is a 

Ta Da Moment

Monday Blog 365 #38 -I Woke Up Behind . . .

 . . . It started off a good day. 

Or so I thought. 

Just a few pans left from last night to wash.

A new laundry basket and a plan for Him to sort. 

A half a quiche from yesterday's brunch for today's  breakfast. 

Yesterday  was good day.  We had a car picnic at the beach. 

And then bam . . .

Get a message from the landlord telling me . . .  

So  doing a little regrouping . . .

Blog 365 #36 The Rustic Dinner Plate Flashback

 Doing a little  Flashback of the 

I love cooking good and nutritious meals. 

I love making our dinner plates festive and pretty.  And sometimes Rustic.  That's  our thing. 

Lights just make things festive.  This was a fun Cold Charcuterie  Tray I made with Veg, Chicken Salad, Salami and Cheese.  I made a dropping  sauce.  The ingredients  I used a littled up on the edge of my little  work space. 

And here's that Rustic plate with one of his favorites Ribs! This was from a couple years ago when I had a hard time cooking enough.  He was always ravenous!

I miss Salads.  He is rarely in the mood.  Occasionally I make individual  Lasagna's

Oh I miss these plates and this Cold Appitizer Plate.  No Aldi on the island.  Hard to find Tuna. 

Poached Eggs for the dogs.  They love breakfast. 

I got out my vintage table runner to brighten my day.   A  Salad luncheon.  

The doctor urges Him to eat red meat for the iron.  

It really takes no arm twising!

Cooked to perfection

Today I will be using the Crock Pot to cook a Roast for dinner. 

Lately I have been really tired.  The Cowboy  has been sick again. 

The cold weather jlmakes me tired.  And walking the dogs when they decide they just want to enjoy the scenery instead of what we are outside to do! 

I can't  complain it is a gorgeous view!
