Foodie Friday Cooking Small
Today I starting a new feature.
Called
R.V Cooking
For several months I have been navigating new and easier ways to cook with limited space and equipment
I felt the space I canned removing my microwave was worth more than fast meals or heating food up.
When living in an R.V. or Tiny there are challenges.
One being counter space.
I do have a propane. 4 burner full size oven.
But there are challenges . It seems to use a lot of propane.
It is difficult for me in my current situation to get refiles.
When on the road it might become necessary to ration.
Electricity can be more easily available.
That is my case. So I use a variety of different small appliances like my Rice Cooker which I used today to reheat a slice of quiche and ham straight out of the freezer.
