Foodie Friday

How has your week been going?
I did a little easy cooking . . .

Blackened Salmon, Baked Potatoes and a Cesar Salad
I started Spaghetti Sauce in the crock pot.  Only the Tomatoes and herbs.
We went to run errands.  When we returned I cooked the Pasta while I browned the Burger.  Then poured the Sauce on the Beef.  Then I put the Pasta in the crockpot and went to the beach.  Everything was ready when we returned to and so yummy!
Leftover Salmon canned Corn and Green Beans.  I miss fresh veggies.
Mushrooms and Cheese Omelette for lunch.

This size skillet makes a decent  size Omelette for two.

On Tuesday evening we went  to the beach and stayed too long.
We ate out at a favorite place.
Really good Catfish.  I forgot to take pictures.  This is from the website.
We ordered Onion Rings.   They were frozen.  Not Bruno!  But they have the best Cole Slaw!

Shrimp and Stuff is in our neighborhood.  It is super good and very busy.
There is always a crowd waiting.

We found a new favorite Pizza it is on sale on Wednesday . . .

Pick up only but so good!

The restaurant looks so good.  You pass the bakery going to pick up your Pizza at the bar . . .

They serve Sunday Brunch.  On our list to try.

On Thursday night we had a freezer meal.  I like to try and get the freezer cleaned out before our monthly grocery run . . .

We had Shrimp left from our last run to the Pier.  Steak Fries and Okra.

And we had dessert.  A Brownie mix with  Chocolate Chip Cookies on top.
Can you tell we liked it?

Tonight I am finishing up frozen Hash Browns from the freezer.  Some Kielbasa and opening a can of Ranch Style Beans.   I am not a fan but the Cowboy bought them.  So he is gonna eat them.

Do you like Ranch Style Beans?

I do like them in  Doritos Salad from back in the day.  Do you know the one I mean?

Hmm.  Remember this Salad from back in the day?  I think I will put it on my Menu.  Click Here  for the recipe.

Thanks for joining me!
Have a Great Weekend!
