Show and Tell Friday

I was inspired this morning by Kelli's blog. I loved her photo's of her girls and the aprons. I have been babysitting my grandson the last couple of weeks so I haven't had much time and I don't have a camera right now to take pictures. That is killing me. I can't wait to take pictures of the house for Show and Tell.

What I am showing today is a special treasure that I have.


This is a scan of a recipe handwritten by my daughter when she was probably 10 or 12.
I know it is really hard to read. And over the weekend I will type this recipe for ya'll. It is basically an oatmeal cookie recipe. She baked these cookies for her horse and so she began calling the "Sail's Oatmeal Cookies"
I should have written the date on the back. Word to the wise mom's when you have treasures like this document them. Which is what I am going to do soon I hope.
I am going to make a copy of this special treasure and put it in a scrapbook.

I am off now to look to see if I can find any photo's of her in the kitchen.
