Chili no Beans. This is Texas just a Big Bowl o Red that's Texan talk
Or
Pizza it is on sale on Wednesday we'll see what the Cowboy suggests
Thursday
Fresh Fish from the Pier
Complimenting fresh veg
Friday
Chili if we don't eat it Wednesday
Or
Saddle Blankets aka Tacos made from leftover Chili in a Flour Tortilla
Saturday
Eat out or whatever we pick up on grocery day

The first time we stopped in we were awed by the array of Spices and the deli counter.
When we approached I wished we had not just eaten lunch!
The chalkboard menu out front offered Crawfish Ettoufe on Saturday. On the list for a Saturday stop!
And fun and funky decor.
And the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a shop or Restaurant.
Could be since there is no sign in the shop/dining room. I had to ask and was guided through a storage area.
There are rows and rows of cool things to cook with.

We did go back a couple be weeks later on a Saturday I'll share our lunch date in another post.
This what be we bought. Blacken Seasoning. I have used it on Cod, Salmon and Steak. It gives a great flavor not too hot or spicy.
