The New Journey Menu Monday
This photo inspires me.
Yesterday I shared we are starting our new Journey this week.
I plan to do some quilting as soon as I am organized and find the quilt tops.
I/we also plant to make a Menu again.
This time it will be 'We'. Always before I pretty much did the planning. He wasn't too intetested.
I planned for convenience.
We will plan for Health reasons.
He has changed a lot.
His disease and medications affect his appetite.
Our menus and eating times revolve around him.
Also we are planning on moving into our trailer the beginning of November.
Still waiting on it.
The move this week makes financial sense.
About that menu. I have learned alot in the last few months.
Not from doctors or nutrionists.
Thier suggestions were
Low Sodium Diet
Leafy Greens
No packaged or prepared foods
Google has become my friend.
I will share more next week.
Come along our Journey to a new Healthy Lifestyle in the Hill Country of Texas.
