A favorite home cooked meal.  Although the Chili Relleno is frozen Hoya brand.  We really like them. 

The dogs got to go out to dinner with us. 

It was not crowded outside.  We had the patio ourselves. 

He had fried crawfish

First I am doing my 4th annual Dog Days of Summer Author Promotion event.  

This year we are starting a week early with Lola's very own party. 

She even has her own Facebook page that's all about books.

We took the dogs with us to dinner several nights ago.  

I love having them with us.  

They walk so politely through restaurants. 

It was his splurge night.  He had fried crawfish. 

Must not have hurt him.  He had a great doctors report. 

And then I was sick with a cold a couple days.  Look what he brought home from m grocery store. 

The New Journey . . .

 Many of you know our life has been a rollar coaster the last few years. 

My husband became ill in 2017. 

It has been a long road and a struggle in many ways. 

Yesterday we had a great doctor visit . . . 

He was dressed perfectly for a photo by the Christmas tree in the doctors office . . . 

Christmas in July Beach scene . . . 

Took us away to Hawaii . . .

The should have given us Leis! 

Day started bad but . . .

 We went out to lunch . . .
