Foodie Friday Happy New Year

 Hello and Welcome today I am sharing two posts because I didn't want miss either one. 

I love my regular Foodie Friday post.  I have a new feature that I am super excited about just not sure how to work it out.  So for now I have two posts.

So let's take a look at the Rustic Plate . . .

These Pancakes are surprisingly.  I am learning to try new things.  I am glad we tried these.  

A plate on Christmas morning. Simple Scrambled Eggs, oven baked Bacon, Sausage Balls, and Oatmeal Reason Toast.

Oven baked Ribs  I simple rubbed with Wright Rub after rolling them in Bacon grease, l/o Spanish Rice, Refried Beans and Deviled Eggs

A new recipe Boneless Chicken Thighs with a Spinach, Mushroom Cream Sauce served over Egg Noodles

The Salad tasted better than it photo'd  Swiss Chard, Spinach, Kale and Broccoli from the garden.  It was so good.

Another oh so good I wish I had one now Chili Rellono's we bought at the market we go to on re-hab day.  This was one of those things you thinking it will be great or not a keeper.  These are keepers.  So good.  Just like a restaurant!

I served with Pintos and Ham

This is my plate I did my Chili Rellono's in the Cheese Sauce.  The Cheese Sauce is the jar Queso from Aldi.

And the oozing Cheese.  So good!  And they were not super hot.  

My breakfast plate.  I have small portion of Eggs.  The rest are cooking for the dogs.

Mine with S&P none for the girls.

The Cowboy felt like his cold plate again.  I bought the Asparagus for the main dish but there was plenty for the Cowboy's appetizer.

Another new recipe I found on Pinterest.  Cajun Shrimp and Sausage with Asparagus and Zuchinni.  

I served with Cajun Dirty Rice this was a nice meal. We are every bite.  I live meals like this with no left overs!

The Cowboy's favorite breakfast I think because he asks for it several times a week.

You can see that I over cooked the Tortillas.  Dawng I just can't get them right!

The Cowboy didn't eat all his Cheese so he had to put it on the girls Eggs.  He spoils them!
