The Weather...Spring Time in Texas is gorgeous. We get rain.
Sometimes alot of rain. It rained most of Saturday night and till well after noon on Sunday. By 3:00 the sun was shinning brightly and it's been that way ever sense. I love Spring Time in
Texas!

On The Menu
Monday--Green Chili/Pork Cutlet Soft Taco's my own creation so yummy!
Tuesday--Barbque Ribs Cowboy cooked, Cole Slaw, Deviled Eggs and some sort of potato
Wednesday--Goulash (our family recipe ground beef, ditalini pasta and canned tomatoes with grated cheddar melted on top)
Salad and Garlic Bread
Thursday--Kid Friendly Corn Dogs, chips, fruit and choco. cake
Friday--Pork Chops,Cream Gravy, Rice and Green Beans

Looking Forward To This Week...The weekend.
One Of My Simple Pleasures... I miss my dog. I am waiting not so patiently to get a dog. Just having a dog to pet and cuddle with is a Simple Pleasure.
In The Garden...I am harvesting Romaine and Swiss Chard.
Basil,Spinach are close to harvest. Tomato's are growing like crazy. I bought the Swiss Chard for color. It is pretty in the pot and tastes good too.
