Wednesday Filled With Words
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens
Ecclesiasties 3:1
I ponder this season that I am in.
The season beyond the diapers, the teenager years, the empty nest years.
And now . . .
This season is filled with more questions than answers.
So, chosen by God for this new life of love, dress in the wardrobe God picked out for you: compassion, kindness, humility, quiet strength, discipline. Be even-tempered, content with second place, quick to forgive an offense. Forgive as quickly and completely as the Master forgave you. And regardless of what else you put on, wear love. It’s your basic, all-purpose garment. Never be without it.
Colossians 3:12-14
And I ask for Grace. I ask for wisdom. I try to put on the garment he has for me. I try to be compassionate and kind and all those things he asks of me.
And I seek Him so that I can
Because of Him . . .
source
Not deserving but grateful . . .
and Joyfully continuing The Journey

My heart is linked with yours. Like you I am working through a new phase in my life and find that each day presents new challenges. God is holding my hand and getting me through this one day at a time. Your blog was beautiful and very well written!! I pray you are moving forward in your journey.
Lovely words of encouragement, thank you! And if you have a moment to glance at my recent post on
Soul Twisters I think you'll find our thoughts run a similar vein!
Blessings!
This was beautiful. I liked the 'clothes' that you suggested for this season of life. Thanks for linking up over at WholeHearted Home this week. This was a blessing!!
