Christmas In July -Cookie Baking Day-Christmas Books With Links to Giveaway

Happy Christmas in July
Today we are Baking Cookies

We love cookies in our house!

Even if mommy didn't really bake them.  They are still yummy!
Before we get into the cookies I had to share this one because it was so cute.  His first time peeling potatoes.  Notice the green band-aide.  It's not from peeling potatoes he was messin' around with a pocket knife at home before he came to my house!  Cracked me up when I edited the pic and it showed up so good!

And now Cookies

We used this recipe.  Honestly just between you and me I have never been a fan of Sugar Cookies.  I love looking at them but all that rolling out just right is just annoying to me.

But if you have a helper like this
Makes all the difference!

I didn't have Christmas Cookie cutters.  We made hearts.  Our
hearts were in them.

A great Cookie roller outer . . .

The dough works best when you toss it in the air like pizza dough!

It's fun to have cookie party and invite a few friends.
