Since I can see my day has ibcluding cleaning, vacuuming some laundy.
I have to work in spurts between meds.
I am trying to plan ny menu for the week
Starting tonight with
chicken Fried Chicken
cabbage and Mashed Potatoes.
Romorrow I plan to make a Xabbage Ceg Soup that will liast a few days.
A good thing about my meds us I do not have a huge appetite I hope to loose weight.
I see cardiologist in Deb. he did not put me on a diet only the high blood pressure pills.
He said he would treat with this nethod hoping it worjs.
I am looking forward to a great week.
