Foodie Friday

 Welcome to Foodie Friday We've had some delicious meals this week!

We started the week with a yummy breakfast on Monday.  We had bought some thin Breakfast Chops.  Just a bit of Salt and Pepper and browned up just right. 

It was a busy week for me. 

We had a birthday ...

A special birthday lunch with our daughter and baby Noah.  He is 4 1/2 months now and has 2 teeth coming.  It won't be long and he'll Guac and Queso! 

On of my favorite dish from a family favorite restaurant.   I probably went there when I was a baby...

Our family has gone to Mexican Inn for as long as I can remember ...

The Tacos are yummy 

No on makes chips like Mexican Inn.  It is almost embarrassing how much we eat.  😎 Almost. 

On Thursday night the Cowboy and I went out to dinner ...

The Cowboy has been wanting Cajun food

Reminded us of NOLO. While we waited for  our food we checked the train schedule.  Sure wish we could catch the train to NOLA! 

The meal began with my favorite Crawfish Etoufee

The Cowboy ordered Fried Oysters.  The French Bread was so good!  

On the website I found this photo of Catfish Etoufee.  It is on sale along with Gumbo on Wednesday. 

Lot's of yummy bites.  We loved the Cajun Sauce! 

It was nice to have an evening out during a busy week.  

 

My menu this week has been totally messed up but we are planning on the Copy Cat Taco Bell Mexican Pizza tonight.
