The weather . . . It turned hot again the last few days.
On the breakfast plate . . .
Skipping the plate this morning. Spent last night on E.R. at What A Burger at 2 a.m never done that before. Isn't what you do when you party all night. Apparently the drive thru was full!
2:00 seems to be our eating time. LOL.
I made Blueberry Muffins and Bisquick Biscuits. The Cowboy ate 1 of was. After a plate of Tuna Salad which was L/O from yesterday. He ate a nice Sandwich at 2:00 before going to the Dr.
Hmm 2:00.
Outside my window . . .
I started my post on my phone last night at the E.R. watching people come in and out.
Today Saturday I am moving around the house my view is mostly the backyard and the dogs.
I spent sometime outside in the shade over by the ZinniaI am reading now . . .
This one didn't keep my interest in the E.R. so I switched to this one . . . .I love Cowboy stories. Sophia Summers is a favorite author.
On my reading pile . . .
I need to get busy on these!

On the menu
Monday . . . Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes and Okra
Tuesday . . . Kielbasa, Fried Potatoes, Cabbage . . . I'll be making Gumbo out of L/O for later in the week by
Wednesday . . . Stew from L/O Sunday Roast. Stew from L/I is
An easy meal so I'll be making Gumbo for later in the week. It is always better if it sits a day or so.
Thursday . . . National Pizza Month Plain Cheese for The Cowboy and Mushroom Italian Sausage for me. Homemade trying the dough from Kroger deli
Friday . . .Gumbo and Sea Food Boil been trying to do this for weeks!
In the studio . . .
Finished repairing my Daughter's quilt.
Making Fabric Tassels and Scarecrow theme Junk Journal page for a SWAP
I made this one large because I wanted the little birdie to show and I wanted to use these big orange beads I have been hoarding . . .I love these beads and I think they will be perfect for this tassel!
In the garden . . .
Fall planting under way.
I hope to get a few more plants this week since we get paid
The Cabbage is doing great. Much better than in the Spring.
The Broccoli is struggling but persevering. It know has a nice Shabby Chic look. My garden is in Full sun most of the day since we list the tree last Fall.
I do have a new plan to hopefully help shade the are where the Broccoli is now.
Look at these Green Beans! I wish I had put more in. We go through a lot of Green Beans.
Now that I have a tiller, a compost bin and a little more money to spend I think next Spring/Summer growing Season will be Bountiful. At least I am hoping!
My Ta Da moment . . .
It is a work in progress but I got most of my Refrigerator cleaned out. All Science Projects are gone! Not adding an LOL...this really isn't a laughing matter. Everyone I open my fridge I cringe and hear À voices yelling at me! Gordon Ramsay and Robert Irvine would be appalled!
I would so hate to disappoint them and have them Yell at me!
My 'To Do' List
Bake cookies
Make food/snack bag for hospital stays. We had to go to E.R. Friday night and the Cowboy found a vending machine! Busted the Bank!
Make to Go Bag for clothes.
Buy extra Kindle and phone chargers and an extension cord. For 'Go' bags
Grocery Shop this week. I do major once a month now since we get paid once a month.
Make dry mix for cookies for faster baking and avoid store bought.
To relax/Get Cowboy motivated
Plan an outing every other day . . .
Take grandson to 5 Below and Half Price Books to make him a Go Bag for when the new baby comes.
Go to Marina and watch boats maybe eat lunch.
Go to dog park and check it out.
Maybe go to Library
