I am on a new Journey. 

This weeks starts cooking for 1. 

Tomorrow if all goes as planned I move into my very own Tiny House! 

It has been awhile since I have cooked.   Early October before we left Galveston.  

But now it is time for the next page . . . 

I am thinking of cooking  

Hopefully I will find nice produce tomorrow . . . 

I have wanted to try this for awhile.  Looks simple. 

Not sure I will try this one this week.  

Lots of options.
