Breakfast ...what's on the plate . . . 

Today  we planned  to ride the Trolley. It was to begin service today.   The Cowboy felt like breakfast  out. 

He had a huge plate . . .

He didn't  eat it all.  I had a couple bites of the Chicken Fried Steak.  Not as good as mine!

Looking around the house . . . Pumpkins, colorful leaves and Scarecrows and Orange  lights I got out the decorations and filled our tiny space.  

On Today's To Do List . . . 

I hope to go to a Tea Shop in town

Pick up a few groceries 

Get letters and packages  ready to mail

Sweep, vacuum and mop

Walk the dogs

Read a book

Currently  reading  . . . 

On the TV this week . . . 

We are still waiting  for Restoring Galveston it doesn't  come on the channel we get. 

But we found a new Restoration show in New England 

The weather  outside is . . . 

It seems like Fall.  Very pleasant.  Upper 70's in the morning and creeps up to mid 80's.  Should be sunny all week!

On the menu this week  . . . 

Saturday 

Chicken  Tortilla Soup, Gucamole and Chicken Nachos 

Sunday 

Spaghetti  and Salad

Monday 

Pinto Beans and Corn Bread

Tuesday 

Chicken Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Cream Gravy and Green Beans 

Wednesday 

Pizza night 

Or Chili Stew

Thursday  

His Mom's  Beef Fried Rice

Friday  

Deer Camp Casserole, Brocolli Salad  or Cole Slaw and Sliced Tomatoes 

If I have a few minutes to myself I will . . .  

Sit on the porch (weather

permitting) and read

New recipe I tied, or want to try this week . . .
