    My grandson won a pair of cowboy boots by winning the competition at a fair. Such fun photos of days I remember well.

    Fun selection of fences from the fair. Loved that first one with the boy sleeping on the cot and also the last one with the mutton busting kid. So cute.

    What a great post!! We used to always go to this one Fair that was the largest in the state of Pa. It is always at the end of September so the weather was more Fall like which is my ideal weather. i have not been there in 7 years as the last time i went , I was 2 weeks post op from major surgery having 4 hernias repaired and a mesh system put in!!!!! And it was 90 degrees!! I thought i was going to die!! What the heck was i thinking and i am a nurse to boot!! STUPID ME!!!!! Now I can not walk for any length of time so until i have my knee replaced, these things are out for me......thanks so much for dropping by!! Glad you like my Solar Light post. It made such a difference just raising them that little bit.
    Prayers are going up for you as I know how stressing it is to have to work more hours.Take care of yourself, my friend!!
