Blue Monday

Just a little Blue to start the week . . .

 
I saw this on Pinterest.  It is a moon melon found in Japan.  Wow.  What a beautiful Blue.

    I've discovered some strange colored foods since I moved to New Zealand, but I've never heard of this melon before. It looks quite juicy and fun!
